A-Working with the FDA - Throughout the years of sourcing and importation, Shinemound has developed a relationship with customers, factories and governmental bodies that have enabled SMI to overcome most of the everyday obstacles experienced by other importers. B- Quality Control of Product - It is the policy of Shinemound to control the quality of the product to be imported, during the manufacturing stage, to a standard in excess of that of FDA requirements (AQL-2.5, for example, for Medical Gloves produced to SMI's documented quality control level AQL-1.5). In this way Shinemound can ensure minimal risk in having the product rejected by FDA at the point of importation.

C- Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection - Manufacturing standards and quality controls are strictly enforced by Shinemound.  At customers request, this depth of pre-shipment inspection at the overseas factories.

D- Murphy's Law Prevails - There are varying means at Shinemound's disposal to minimize monetary loss caused by FDA rejection of medical products. Shinemound, for example, while complying with FDA requirements, can downgrade medical goods to industrial goods, repackage and ship to United States customers or to customers abroad in Europe, and South America, while meeting the standards of the port entry. Shinemound is confident in making such a prompt recovery or at the customer's discretion, the next shipment is FREE of Charge.
